These terms govern access to and use of the ANZ Global Travel & Eventsplatform (the “Platform”) by registered travel agencies and their authorised agents (“you”). By using the Platform you agree to these terms.
The Platform is for accredited travel businesses only. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and your agents' accounts.
Rates are sourced from third-party suppliers and may change until a booking is confirmed. You are responsible for the prices you quote to your clients and for honouring confirmed bookings. Supplier terms, including cancellation and refund policies, apply to each booking in addition to these terms.
Payment, deposit, commission, and settlement terms are as set out in your agency agreement with us. Confirmed bookings commit you to the associated supplier costs.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access data belonging to other agencies, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
The Platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or from third-party supplier services.
